About the course

This course is more than the typical leadership course, its entry into a leadership development journey and higher achievers group. If focuses on taking all leaders (up and coming and senior leaders) through a process of development that ultimately improves their leadership ability and effectiveness. The key to good leadership is relationship; how you relate to yourself, your colleagues, those whom you are leading, your customers and all the other key individuals in your world.

The curriculum has been developed around the leadership clock, 12 areas of development which improves performance, changes behaviours, and strengthens relationships.

Aims of the Course

The aim of becoming a better leader is to develop your ability to relate in all aspects of your life. The 12 enablers to this are:

The course is a mixture of exercises and theory based work, which will require an agile approach to learning.  Whilst each clock hand/module are interlinked, they can be done in isolation based on the learner’s capacity. 

Participants will automatically become a member of the leaders on the move group and invited to the high achievers’ network meeting.
